2019 Rosé

Blackcurrants, spice box, leafy herbs, and cedar notes all emerge from the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Low Tide. Nicely balanced, it offers a core of sweet fruit, a charming, forward style, and a good finish. Drink it over the coming 7-8 years. This cuvée is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 20 months in 20% new French oak.

2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque ruby. Smokey, oak-accented aromas of ripe cherry, cassis and pipe tobacco; with a peppery nuance adds spicy lift. Sappy and energetic in the mouth, offering sweet dark berry and floral pastille flavors that show very good clarity and supple texture. The cherry and floral notes repeat on the clinging finish, which is framed by smooth, well-knit tannins.
