Every year this wine boasts a floral and fruity nose full of honeydew melon, apricot, ginger, lemon, peaches and cream with a hint of caramel! The palate expresses pear, lemon Italian ice, and finishes with a hint of butterscotch with a tangy coating of acidity.

Our 2022 Grenache Rosé has aromas on the nose of wet stone, stone fruits (nectarine), lemon, jasmine and other fresh cut spring blossoms. The flavors on the pallet are creamy strawberry ice cream, lemon zest and pith with hard candies texture - also a soft and creamy entry with a bright acidic structure throughout. We've had feedback that this Rosé is our best ever!

The 2020 Collection GSM has the perfect balance of sweet to savory aromas like black tea with graham crackers or pepper jelly over your favorite cheese. The palate is silky with a light acid and lifted earthy tones of shishito peppers and herb stuffed sausages. 

The Cabernet Franc tends to be a staff favorite and the 2021 has done it again with sweet mouth-watering aromas of raspberries and creams topped with a single plump maraschino cherry. A light acid lifts the pallet and carries the bright red fruits across the tongue while notes of dried sage and minerals compliment soft, chalky tannins. 

A mixture of ripe cherries, fig jam, leather, and sweet tobacco give off a complex and intriguing aroma profile. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with bright acidity, chalky tannins, and a hint of minerality that adds depth and texture.

One of our newest blends of Tempranillo and Syrah! On the nose is dark black and blue fruits...  meaty, savory and brooding underneath! Big chewy, rustic temparanillo tannin and mouthfeel with dusty, cacao, sarsaparilla on the palate with hints of vanilla. Medium to medium + body weight and its long, drying finish, brings out sublte dried herbal/sage character! 

The 2021 Mourvèdre is medium bodied with a reasonably quick finish, enough acid on the edges to catch and push the wine across the palate into a thirst/mouthwatering finish. Hi toned fruit-bright, almost citrusy-dragon fruit, buddha's palm mixed with raspberry and plum. Oak character is milk chocolate like fresh brownies. Dusty tannins subtle, with a pleasant finish.

Another new blend for Sea Shell Cellars is our Estate Cuvee. On the nose you will notice mostly cassis and red berry fruit, vanilla and plums, cream and berries plus wasping hints of toasty oak. On the palate you'll get oak - cigar box or cedar chips. The Syrah broadens the mouthfeel but the Cabernet Sauvignon adds chewy big structure.

This boisterous Cabernet Sauvignon has rich aromas of candied cherries, balsamic glaze, and blueberry compote. The sweet aromas are balanced out by its weighted but soft palate showing hints of bay leaf and grilled peppers.

Ample darker berry fruits, cracked black pepper, and bouquet garni notes all emerge from the 2019 Syrah Reserve, another medium full-bodied, textured, moderately tannic red!
