We are pleased to offer our 2024 Chardonnay! Due to frost of our Viognier we decided to source some fantastic Central Coast Chardonnay from Spanish Springs Vineyard. On the nose you will find lemon spritz, Granny Smith apple, pear, chamomile, lemon bars and herbal lemon and honey tea. On the palate you will experience a balanced mouthfeel and weight, bright and tart acidity, butterscotch undertones, fresh lemon, lychee and passion fruit. We hope you enjoy!

On the nose you will notice white peach, honeydew melon, rainier cherry, hibiscus tea, cucumber and ice ginger and tonic, lemon pith, coriander seed, rose water, cumquat, and a background of ginger. On the palate, you will find perfect flowing acid, that's zippy and fresh, prickly pear, aperol spritz, passion fruit, pineapple, and honeycrisp apple.

Due to popular demand we decided to bring back our GSM Rhône Collection! On the nose you will enjoy aromas of rose pedal, lavendaer blossom, pomegranate, strawberry liquor, dark chocolate raspberries, and Tahitian vanilla.  On the palette you will notice a fresh leather entry, blueberry scone, Provençal herbs, light peppery oak, bright cherry with velvety tannins. The Collection has moderate structure and a beautiful finish with hints of chocolate and cedar plank.

The Cabernet Franc tends to be a staff favorite and the 2022 has done it again with orange-peel, roasted mini sweet peppers, chocolate-covered cherries, raspberry and ripe blueberry on the nose. On the palette you will taste boysenberry jam, clove and nutmeg, with a finish of red licorice, lavender, thyme, and braised short rib. 

Have you had a chance to try one of our newest blends of Tempranillo and Syrah? On the Nose you will enjoy oregano, dark chocolate, cranberry, cedar tree and spice cabinet. On the Palette you will taste savory roasted butternut squash, black pepper, mild salinity, pomegranate and cinnamon bark.

On the 2022 Mourvèdre nose you will experience brown butter cookies, dried orange, brandied cherries, earthly sweet spices, pomegranate, chamomile and cranberry. On the palette you will taste raspberries, cherry candy, bakes tart, cranberry with brown butter sage sauce, light tannin with a smooth finish and light herbal spices.

On the nose, this wine opens with a vibrant medley of red fruit-boysenberry, cranberry, and pomegranate-intertwined with lifted floral notes of hibiscus, rose water, and a delicate whisper of violet. Subtle baking spices like cinnamon, allspice, and clove emerge, layered over an earthiness reminiscent of wet forest floor, fresh pine needles, and damp tobacco leaf. A hint of strawberry shortcake adds a soft sweetness, balanced by a savory edge of green tea and tomato leaf.

On the palate, the wine is marked by broad, mouthwashing acidity and mid-weight texture. Flavors of dried berries compote, and cherry preserves unfold, scented by notes of nutmeg, star anise, and a touch of oak char. The tannins are silky yet structured, offering gentle grip that leads into a lingering finish. Delicate impressions of chamomile and cocoa powder trail off, leaving a clean, herbal lift.

On the nose you will find Black cherry, slight tobacco sweetness, long peppers, hints of violets and fresh herbs, fresh blueberry, dusty cacao, Aperol and spring rain.

On the palette you will taste fine grain linear tannin, concentrated mid-palette, sweet raspberry entry, black pepper and undertones, black plums and expressive cassis. Lots of delicious flavors for our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon Low Tide!

On the nose you will find açaí berry, fresh blueberry, raisin and pomegranate. New Italian leather, brown sugar, eucalyptus leaf, charcoal and coffee spice rub. On the palette you will notice reduced blackberry and goji, gritty and dusty tannins focused to the edge of the palette with dusted black cherry, coconut husk and English breakfast tea. 

On the nose, the wine opens with rich aromas of dark chocolate, açaí berries, and blackberry jam, layered over ripe blueberry and creamy notes reminiscent of banana split. Subtle hints of lactones, caramel, and vanilla add depth, while delicate nuances of clove, sencha tea, and truffle lend complexity and intrigue.

On the palate, a vibrant, fruit-forward entry showcases blueberry and black plums, framed by herbal undertones of thyme and lush sweetness of fig. Spiced with touches of nutmeg, the wine is broad, full-bodied, and balanced, finishing with a smooth, persistent length. 

On the nose, this Syrah reveals rich aromas of grape jelly and cooked ultra-ripe red fruits, complemented by toasty notes of roasted graham cracker, candied yam, and maple. Layers of oak smoke and  tobacco leaf add depth and complexity. On the palete, vibrant flavors of juicy red cherry and apple crisp mingle with creamy white chocolate strawberries and buttered whole wheat toast. Subtle hints of black pepper and bright parapefruit lift the finish, adding freshness and balance.
